Default Fuse panel question

Does anyone know how to remove the fuse panel for a 90XJ? My radio and turn signals are taking turns on working. My radio crapped out last night but my turn signals came back on. I've played with all the fuses and it seems to be something in the wiring in the back. I need my radio, I've got a 50+ mile commute to work one way. I know there are two long screws holding the panel up, but what else is it attached to?
