Man that is wild. This is the second post today I have seen about RE parts failing.

Maybe the economy has them making cheaper stuff..?

you used the wrong sized bolt and egged out the sleeve in the bushing.

So it might appear, but I didn't use the wrong size. The bushings are crap.

i know they make some good stuff but that sucks maybe they had a bad batch of stuff come out. did you call and send them pics. i would think they would make this right

Yep re-used to stock ones, as per-se via RE instructions, they fit very snugly originally.

probably a bad batch. RC ran through the same thing over the summer.

I've had my RE kit for a long time now and I've experienced no problems. I replaced my lower control arms six months ago after bending one on concrete and the bushings looked great. I would say you got a bad run, hit them up with some pics and I'm sure they would be more than happy to take care of you.

hopefully.
they turned down shocks failing after a short period because of the drivers location. they said because he lived in a state that used salt on the road so they wouldnt cover it. even though it wasnt in season.

if you called them instead of complaining on a forum youd have a new set being shipped to you free of charge already. i'm on my second set of RE arms (only bc i found a good deal on a new set instead of rebuilding my old ones) and the rubber was still decent on the arms that have been wheeled probably since RE became a company.

never had a problem with my lowers on my last jeep, they rode great and bushings looked good as new...right up until i rolled it.
