Fuse panel help

So in the process of replacing the switch I unplugged the wiring from the switch and I find this on one plug would you think that's my whole problem and I should just fix that connector or would the switch be hurt to

PROBLEM SOLVED!!!!! I replaced the switch and pulled the connector out of the plug that was hurt and scraped and cleaned up the connection real good and plugged it back in everything works perfect now with no jumper in place thanks FREEGDR for all your help

Post a picture of it on new thread let forum members decide..Its gonna come back too haunt you. Over heating caused that it will happen again and possible fire hazzard.
