If it hasn't been mentioned earlier, larger tires won't register correctly on your odometer meaning you'll be travelling farther than it will be registering. You'll have to calculate the difference between stock and the tires you are running and factor that into your mileage calculations......

Depending on your tire size, you could be 12%-15% off in your overhead mileage figures....

this is a great old school way of monitoring your engine's "efficiency"

I have a vacuum gauge and o2 readout on one of my cars to see it real time

How do you install one of those?

ugly? yes.. but effective

those you can run a wire to your pcm and you dont need an extra o2 (with most applications)
