Hi everyone, I believe if need a new fuel regulator. So i came across a full fuel pump and was wondering if that is the regulator on top. (Yes I know I don't need to buy a whole new pump but might as well do it when Im working with the gas tank.)

IT is the regulator on top. Put the fuel gauge on it, turn the key on and off a few times. It should hold pressure and not drop below 25lbs for 5 minutes. If it doesn't do that the regulator is bad. (like on my xj at the moment._unless you have a leak..that'll do it too
