I have an 87 Cherokee with the 4.0. 87 is one of the wonky years that have the Renix FI system. I'm searching for a fuel rail. Mr. Google is finding all sorts of rails for later years but not 87. Does anyone know of a source?

There is a used one (the only one) on ebay, but its $149.99. Comes with injectors. Seller says it came off a good running XJ. I found it searching for "1987 cherokee fuel rail". Along the left side, find the options for New or Used. Click Used.

Try macsusedcars0 or deadjeeps on ebay. Click the advanced link to the upper right and click "by seller". They do part outs, and might have one. No idea what theyd charge tho, or if the vehicles are running when they get them. A parts yard or Craigslist are another option. Or if someone on the forums has an extra theyd be willing to sell you. Whats wrong with yours? Bent and rusty? Bad regulator?

 

I buggered it up when I took off the fuel line connector. I have a set of reconditioned injectors and the regulator is good so don't need the whole set up. Thanks for the other leads.

I have a lead on one. I broadened the Ebay search to just Renix. Found several complete manifolds. One of 5he sellers has a rail separately. Just waiting for him to list it.

 

How many would you like? I have some.
