Will any year jeep XJ fuel rail work on my 95 XJ? Just want to be sure before I replace it

No, some have the regulator at the end towards the front of the motor. I'm 98% sure you'll need one from 91-96 they all run the same fuel pressure.

Yeah of course but I've never done it. I watched a video or read an article on how to make an adjustable pressure fuel rail.

Also the 97-01 uses a quick connect fitting to the fuel line.

Where did you get your new rail? I'm also in need of one.

I forgot about that part 91-96 uses a clip that goes over the fittings

From what I've gathered over the past few days the only new ones available are the mopar parts which are $250.

I've been trying to find a used one

Edit: I just called onlyjeepparts.com and they're shipping me one with injectors on it for $60 plus shipping.

91-95 will bolt up and all use the same pressure regulator. The FPR is held on with a little bolt, comes out pretty easily. Use some motor oil to lube the o-rings if you try to replace it.

96 was a bastard year, pressure regulator was moved to the tank, but it did not yet have the plastic tank with the drop-in assembly that came in 97

just got one that's 91-95 on ebay! Picked it up for $25 and its rust free!
