Where is the fuel filter on a Jeep Cherokee XJ Classic 98. Im due to change it.

Is it outside or inside the tank. also where is the drain for the radiator.

Mine is on the outside of the jeep (94) and the drain is on the left side of the radiator looking at the jeep towards the left bottom...Tj

What do you mean its not serviceable..??
drop the tank, pull the pump and change the filter at the bottom..
