Might be a mix up of wires in the pump but I doubt it. I swapper the black ground and hot wires and boom turns on!! No clue why but it works like that now. What a weak answer but at least I get to go break something else now. Thanks all.

 

OK then..Get one of those revolving police lights they reach out and put on top when you pass school zones, OK? ......

 

lol.....good thing, as I was going to suggest that you had the holy grail, a pump that makes its own power without any positive input
