Fuel Pump issue still.

Have you put a code reader on? Even if theres no CEL, there might be something stored in there that will give you a direction. You said it runs better since the TPS was replaced, what about the rest of the ignition stuff- plugs, wires, cap, rotor, good, clean battery leads and wires. And last but not least, o2 sensors... What condition are they in?
I run the Bosch in my 89MJ and 90XJ with no issues but I have the 20 gal tanks. I would think the pumps would be the same. The Bosch is loud as well but I do not run the ballast resistor, its not needed.

well i mean all pumps make a little noise but mine is loud as all get out! so im just going to try and bosch or carter next then. and i will join the hundreds of other that have said Airtek is junk cuz this things sounds like it could blow up any second.

Got my bosch today but it didnt come with the mounting bracket. And i no longer have the factory one, so i gotta retrofit it to the airtek bracket... not sure if i should tho...
