Well I think I found the problem, when putting things back together after my freeze plug ordeal the plastic vacume line to the map sensor was bad. When it was replaced I must have made it too long it was resting on the heat shield and melted, duh, this time when it was replaced I put some sleeving over the line and routed it different. Seems to run alot better will see how the drive to work is tomorrow, lol Thanks for all the help.
