fuel problems

fuel problems
Ok so yesterday I filled up my tank and then some honda wanted to race across a bridge and I hit 65ish then had to slow down 35 and my fuel gauge went from full to empty and now it goes down when I brake and wants to stall out is it a bad ground or is the fuel pump ****ing its self?
