Fuel line hissing

Fuel line hissing
Was just under the hood with Jeep running heard a hissing noise coming somewhere by the fuel rail. So I began to pick around found where the fuel line is hooked up to the rail if i pulled on the line it changed pitched in sound. I guess my question is, is this suppose to do it or no?
