So back when I first got the my '90 Cherokee (4.0 auto), I replaced the o-ring in the fuel pump. Now, another fuel leak has sprung up, about five thousand miles later. This time, it's from within the engine bay. I was visiting with my mother at her house. When we went to leave, I warmed up the Jeep. When we came out, we noticed a puddle of fuel under the engine. I'm not sure if this happened while it was sitting (for five hours) or while it was warming up (for ten minutes). But it was a decent sized (about 3x3 foot) puddle. More than just saturation.

I have read this same exact story about someone else, via a Google search. Have read plenty of fuel leak stories in cold weather with these 4.0's. And most of them were solved by replacing the fuel pressure regulator or the o-ring within the FPR.

Question: Could someone take a picture showing where the FPR is? I'm hoping this o-ring is a part I could get at a parts store like Napa or O'Reilly. Hopefully just rub some grease on it and put it in there.

This is the sole vehicle for my 8-month pregnant wife. I am flying out on Monday to go back to Georgia to finish up my technical training for the Army. We have a local Jeeper that can do it for us if I am gone by then.

So, if someone could get a picture, that'd be awesome.

Replaced. Seemed to have gotten better... But new issue.
