Thanks for the link...Ordered a set last night for 129.00 + shipping....Beats the 63.00/each Advanced Auto Parts wanted...Plus they made sure I ordered the right ones...Being a "beginner" in owning a Jeep, that was a great help...

....you would've been better off buying a set of used neon injectors. They flow a bit more fuel than stock/FSM injectors are inhouse design and of the 4 hole spray design.

they will get dirty on the outside, but it doesn't matter so you'll be fine. just make sure the electrical connections are protected with di-electric grease.

They need to just sticky the original fuel injector thread...I get sick of having to post that one or two times a day, and then people ignore the information

In all honestly your not answering the question right(Zach). You tell a guy with a 01 cherokee that he should have got the Neon injectors as they are better. What you did not tell him is they are not a direct plug in for 99-01 and that he'd have to either splice the old ev1 conectors to his harness or buy expensive adapters.

The OP has a 97 XJ, not an 01, I didn't look who the post was by(and assumed it was the OP) and I stand by my opinion that Neon injectors are a better swap than FSM 19lbs.

The link I posted....answers all of those questions, and you'd know that if you read it. Guess what style connector most FSM 19lb injectors have? EV1. Hopefully the people he ordered from got him the right ones or he's gonna be in a serious pickle when he gets them.

People say all the time. " im tired of replying to the same questions all the time" "same questions are posted all the time" "use the search feature" yada yada.
I agree that people should search, they can find everything they need to know. After they search through 20 of the same topics that have nothing but replies of the above quotes they may find something usefull. What do you want a forum or an archive.
If you dont want to answer then dont answer. Maybe those that cant search on their own will eventually fiqure it out. If they cant then they dont have any bussiness working on their own car.

Im pissed that im actually posting this because it does not belong in this thread. But neither do some of the other posts.
