Will a bad fuel filter cause my jeep to run too lean

If its really clogged up and never been changed in years it could.Have you tested the fuel pressure to see if it has enough?

I haven't checked the pressure the problem with my jeep is it kinda chugs doesn't die and hard idle I changed the sensors and it still does it the only one I didn't change was the up stream o2 could that cause it

Check your fuel pressure at the fuel rail then you will know for sure if its weak or not.

Lean could also be a vacuum leak

Last time it was tuned up?

How do you know it's lean?
