Frustrating oil leak
So I installed a valve cover gasket, new distributor due to leaking oil, replaced the oil filter O-rings, new oil pan with 1 piece pan gasket and new rear main seal. I did the oil pan job twice in the same day due to the oil still leaking the same amount. I am missing something here? Looks like its coming from back of engine but its dripping all through the rear of oil pan and back of engine. Is there a cam plug in the back of the block? Oil galley plug?

It actually may be coming from the front of the motor and just blowing back. Best way to tell is ether do what we do at the shop and buy some brake cleaner spray the F outta the engine lol and drive it around the block and then look again or add some dye to the oil and then just follow the trail. It may also be a front crank seal just blowing around the sides of the block. Just my thoughts

Oil filter adapter o-rings? When mine was leaking I thought it was my rear main. See if there's oil on the starter, that's usually a sign its the adapter o rings
