Every morning my windows wont roll down because it seems as they are frozen. Its a P.I.A clam baking cigs on the morning drive. Is there any areas to touch up with lube to keep this from happening? Thanks

With the window down, I spray silicone spray down into the channels, then even more on the channel up above the window level. Cycle the windows a few times and call it good.

 

so id have to take off the inside door panel?

quitting seems like a viable solution.

 

No need to remove door panels. Spray down the channel the windows ride in. Flood it a bit.This is so easy.

 

Or quit smoking, it's probably better for you in the long run lol

 

Get up earlier an let the jeep run with heater on or quit smoking.

 

I don't smoke and I still need to roll down my windows occasionally....

the windows only stay frozen until the cabin is warmed up, so its short term.

Quitting smoking would actually help, both his life and his vehicle.

Not only that but he would smell more pleasent for the jeepacorns / wifeacorns

Try reading ,instead of running at the mouth I see a few good answer's and a few that poke fun at the clam bake. So you have anything with any amount of common sense to add.

 

I think Post #2 and #6 are good, not just cuz they're mine, either. Sense of humor is required along with reading skills.
