I've got a 3" BDS lift and need extended links. I just go without the sway bar.

connect that sway bar, thats dangerous running without one. i have 3" lift and i was able to use my stock links. they barely fit, but its better than nothing, so run the stockers until you get extended links or quick discos.

Nah, no need. I know the truck well, and don't really do much more than wheel with it. Maybe if I dd it this winter I'll consider considering it, but more than likely I won't. Just don't need to.

You DO NOT NEED to use your sway bar, I have not had one on for over two years, and I drive mine everyday and have not had a problem, and I'm at 6"...I don't have the rear one on either...

rear one is useless. and if you have good stiff springs, the front doesn't do much either.

I used a sway bar drop bracket because with my 3 inch lift (think it might be higher than 3) the stock links weren't able to reach the sway bar. The brackets came with the lift instead of longer links, so had to use them. The only problem is with the brackets, is i cannot use the stock skid plate. So if you have a stock skid plate, try and find longer links if needed. if you don't have a skid, either longer links or sway bar drop brackets will work if you can't get it to fit without either.

Tell this to your insurance after a wreck when they determined the rollover was caused by lack of sway bars.

Imagine going down the highway and a deer pops out. You swerve but the lack of sway bars cause your jeep to lean hard and you oversteer to correct it.......next thing you know you are upside down with a totaled jeep.

Not worth the risk running without a crucial suspension component that EVERY vehicle is required to have.

yeah i'm all for using sway bars cuz I think of safety first.

I also love when people say this:

I drive mine everyday and have not had a problem
The only thing they forget is to add "yet" to the end of that sentence. Just cuz it hasn't happened doesn't mean it won't. I'd rather it NEVER happen than have the possibility of happening.
