Unhappy front suspension noise

i knw there is many threads on this but..i have a 98 cherokee with a 4.5" rc lift and 32" tires and when i hit a bump, or go from park to reverse, or reverse to drive...etc.. there is a loud pop in the front suspension.....i have got under and shook everything it seems to be tight and i cant seem to pin point the problem..anyone got any ideas?...im new to this forum

Well ironiclly my mothers 98 jeep did the same thing but only when you hit a bump a certain way. the solution was new sway bar mount bushings. they are relitivly easy to replace just have to be careful.

You should look under your Jeep while a buddy goes from drive to reverse, or whatever it is that makes it happen. If it is popping most likely you will see something move.
