So whenever I open the front passenger side door it rubs up a bit against the front quarter panel and makes a pretty nasty sound. The quarter panel has a slight dent in it so what i am thinking is that because of the dent there is not enough clearance room to open the door.
Or my other thought was that the hinges were off a bit but I don't know if they are fixed or not. Anyway to correct this? I was thinking if giving it a tap with a rubber mallet to get the dent out a bit but I don't know if that will just make it worse.
Worse comes to worse I guess I will have to take it to a shop and get some body work done.
Thanks for any suggestions in advance.
