front left tire rubbing

I have a 2000 XJ sport installed a 3inch rough country bought 15x8 wheels and bought 31'' 10.5 15 BFG got mounting and balancing and aligment and my front left tire (driver side ) rubs on the front bumper, the right tire doesnt rub anywhere. is this normal? anyone have an suggestions?

Can you post pics? Front view, side view etc....
when you lift it, the track bar (if stock one is used with lift) shifts the axle towards the drivers side. the tire sticks out of the wheel well farther than its supposed to, and its catching the edge of the bumper when you turn it. only fix is to trim the bumper, or get a longer track bar/drop pitman arm.
