I'm new so here goes...
Hello all. I have a 1995 - 2 door Cherokee that the front intermittant wiper does not work. Low and high both work fine and it always returns to normal position when turned off. I would also like to mention that when I have it in the Intermittant position for a long period of time, sometimes it starts to work intermittently???? I removed the wiper module from under the drivers side dash and took it out of the plastic case, turned it over to look for the "tell tale" burned area and nothing... It is all clean and green. Not even a hint of any discoloration. Could it be the turn signal switch itself? I tried working it off to on, several times to try and clean the reostat but that didn't work either. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks

I have the exact same issue with my '96 two door. I'm thinking whatever causes the "pulse" in the pules module is bad or going bad. Most of the time while I am sitting at a light they will work, but as soon as I take off they start going in normal "low" speed. I wish that you could get those modules cheap, but they are over $100 new, and it seems to me if I sourced a junk yard one it would already be bad or go bad shortly after installing. I'll follow this thread, but I doubt there's a good answer for us. I would really love to have my intermittent wipers work consistently.

It's the module. Grab one at the local pick-n-pull Junkyard, mine went out and cost me a whole $10.
