Went to O'Reilly Auto Parts last nite a bought some upper and lower control arm bushings. Been working like a dog lately so I hope I can take an evening off tonite. *****I still LOVE my Cherokee*****

 

could be balljoints or wheel bearing and hub assembly, causing wobble.

 

how do your axle u-joints look? any play in them? just replaced one of mine and my wobble disappeared

 

I've replaced all steering components and the hub bearings assemblies. Most of the bushings were replaced in the front end too! I.m digging deeper now and finging some things I missed. I fugure I'll keep putting $ into her until the wife tells me to stop. There's a monster truck garage here in Dayton that only charges $79.00 to diagnose the death wobble after I get tired of replacing parts. The jeep has 165,000 miles on her and I really want to keep her forever so I dont mind putting some $ into it.

 

I just this week had them replaced with Spicers, done by a shop here in Dayton called American Driveline and Clutch. Only 30.00 an axel parts and labor.
