Im driving 60 and front tires kinda feel like their wobbling a bit wspecially when I turn a bit could this be sway bar or trac bar?

 

There could be a lot of things that cause this. Track bar is a big candidate, not so likely your sway bar. Since it's worse when turning, my guess would be your wheel balance. Your alignment could be off. Bushings could be shot. Your hubs could be bad. As well as other possibilities
