I have a 1994 Cherokee front axle is a Dana 30 and rear is an 8.25. I have recently put new tires all around, and had a front end alignment done 2 weeks ago.
When driving at any speed in 2H 4H and 4L I am feeling the drivers side shake. There is no steering wheel slop, and my tire pressure is even all around. I am running approx 4" of lift with 31/10.50s. I just got a new track bar, but have not had time to install it, do to extreme amounts of overtime at work.
What could cause this shake?
and if you have an idea please explain how I can prove it through tests or disassembly. Thank you for your time.

I have been searching and have read a lot about death wobble, but it seems to be isolated to 1 side? and it doesn't affect the driving or steering its just a consistent shake.

yes the visual checked out fine, i have only noticed it after getting the alignment done. it was great and smooth for about 3 days after the alignment, and then started and seems to have progressively gotten worse. but only on the drivers side.

Swap tires on the front side to side and see if the shake follows the swap. It could be a balance issue or a bad tire. What kind of tires are you running? I know you said 31 10.50's but what are they. I had a friend running TSL's and did not listen to me when I told him to rotate them alot to keep the treads from chopping and also not to drive interstate to much with them do to the heat they create, he ended up having to buy two new ones just 1500miles into them due to lack of rotating them and the tread started separating from the carcus due to massive heat from 70mph interstate trips everyday.
I have been having the same problem recently and it drives me nuts on the hwy. I will be watching to see. My hub is new on that side so i'm wondering if maybe a ball joint could be our answer? just dont know but it just isn't right and feels potentially unsafe. Hope you find yours out.
