Default Front end rattle over big bumps

small cracks, bumps are not the concern. I get a rattle from the front end over big bumps or a dirt road.

I have replaced the following and fixed some issues but this one remains...
swaybar bushings (moog)
swaybar link rebuild bushing kit (moog)
front u-joints
passenger side balljoints
track arm bushing (poly)
redrilled trackbar hole
3in lift coils and add leaf
shocks with the lift

There are a few marks on the coil spring on the drivers side where the swaybar link may have contacted but I bounce the suspension with a helper and there is no contact.

The front end feels tight, I am kinda out of ideas

Just throwing out some ideas. But, have you checked the wheel bearings? or the upper and lower control arm bushings?

The next time you're on a road that causes the rattle/thump pull up slightly on the TC shifter handle. If it stops it may indicate that the bronze bushing is worn on the torque shaft bracket. There's a factory fix/kit for it.
