Default Front end problems

Long story short
Front drivers side tire fell off while the wife was driving hit the ground for about 10 feet. checked the ball joints etc..... all seemed good
the jeepie used to drive fine at 65-70 now I can't hit 50 without a bad shake (not the death wobble)
next thing Im thinking is belt on the tire/alignment
How can I tell is the a-frame is bent ?
Anyone have an idea what all I can check ?

Make sure the tire is still balanced, the rim isn't damaged and that the brake rotor is ok.
