Default Front end help?

Ok guys its an 89 XJ. I thought I had a warped rotorbecause when I got on the brakes hard it would shake the jeep like crazy. So I found some loose steering parts also. I replaced all 4 tie rod ends, rotors, pads, steering stabilizer. The feeling of the warped rotor is still there when braking hard and it starts to shimmy at 60 before the parts it would shimmy at around 55. I am not sure whats going on I neep some opinions please.

Let me know if you need more info

Get a buddy and have him/her move the steering wheel back and forth while yo look at what moves and what is not supposed to. You will figure it out quickly.
