Don't pay a shop to do it, its super easy to do your toe in with a tape measure and that is the only thing a shop can adjust that affects you tire wear. Get an angle finder and you can even adjust your caster which is the only other measurement the shop can do. Look for the tutorial on this site: http://jeep-xj.info/index.htm

Thanks for the info and the links. because of the lift, I didnt think anyone around here could do it "correctly" anyway which would leave me driving 80 miles to someone who installs lifts to do the alignment. I skimmed over it and looks pretty simple to do, i just need to sit down and really study it as im not to fair with the technical stuff

Basically just measure the distance between the front of the tires and the distance between the back at the widest part of the tire. Subtract the distance. I prefer to have it point inward just about 1/8", but between 1/16-1/8" is about perfect.
