Hey, Just Wondering are front sway bar bushings very important to replace immediately? Like can i wait alittle bit especially if the car is driven less then 30 Miles a week? In 3 months ive put on about id say 250 Miles... Also the car drifts alittle bit. Does that mean it needs to be aligned? I dont notice it but thats because thats all I drive. When my father drives it he says it drifts compared to his 2008 GMC Sierra but then again the Sierra is 10 years newer... Thanks for all the input, Rob

Two areas I am really reluctant to screw around with are brakes and steering gear. I say "Get it fixed, ASAP."

How are the tires? The past three times I've put on new tires on any of my rides, it wasn't because I noticed the tread was low but rather that the vehicle liked to wander a bit. Good tread does wonders for making them track straight.

As for the sway bar, the bushings are cheap. I'm replacing my front end bushings a section at a time. The sway bar was easy to get to and I think the full set of rubber bushings ran me $30-40, so I did it first.

Also, I would bet that any wear on your control arm bushings has way more to do with any lane wandering than the sway bar bushings. Might be worth checking them out. But that's a slightly bigger job
