Is there any way to fix that? I have 2 shafts, the other one does not have any play at all.

Alright. I picked one up from the JY to run as my rear, and it has NO play. I just didn't want it to cause driveline vibrations or anything.

Just make sure that your pinion angles are correct and you'll see the shafts last longer. I ran for a while with my front caster off and I had some issues with mine. Good luck.
