Front bumper fit?

Hey guys I found this bumper on craigslist. It's an aftermarket for an 89. I don't know the brand. The seller has not got back to me yet. But do you think this would fit on my 99?

Yeah, it should fit. It looks to have a receiver in the front of it too!

Yeah I think it does have the hitch would be a bonus. Hopefully he is still selling it and I get it xheap
