im looking to put a custom bumper onto mine but i have a question for you guys, do you have to cut off part of the front fenders to put them on because my tires are rubbing on the front parts of my wheel wells, any suggestions?

 

It depends on the bumper you get. Some you do have to cut and others you don't "need" to cut.

 

You need to take care of the rubbing issue first before you add or change anything else IMO.

 

The rubbing issue is probably related to the fact that the Jeep has 31's on a 3" lift. It is probably rubbing on articulation and/or turning.

 

its just when im turning in reverse and it wouldnt be a problem if the tires were 30's or 29's. im making my bumper and im just not sure if i cut into the frame what all i have to cut off or what im supposed to cut off
