Default Front brake help

I searched for 20min but am loosing daylight. I changed my pads and rotors today. the rotors turn with the wheel off but one the wheel is on and the lugs are snugged up (not torqued down) the wheel will not spin.

Figured this out after I'd taken it off the Jack stand and tried to go forward. So locked up it broke the rear wheel free. Any help would be appreciated.

wrong rotors. I forget what year the split was in, but We have seen this b4 here. When you tighten the lugs down it sits the rotors flush like they should be, ends up hitting the caliper bracket cause they are either to big, or have to much offset.

Update: It was the wrong rotors. Maybe 1/8" difference in the "hat" height for lack of a better term.

Gonna try for more help in the same thread. On the way into work today I stopped at a light and the rotors were either smoking or so hot they were creating steam. One sde only as far as I can tell. Anything I should check or will this correct itself?

Caliper sticking??

Does not seem to be the case when you can spin the wheel when the tire is up though.

Bearings bad?

I just had them check again and they saw that there were two and we did a comparrison on the counter. the difference was apparent. Good Luck.

the rotors I needed were listed as 5396 (duralast if it matters) I had originally purchased the 5115's
