Default Front blinker issue, could use some help.

Ok guys, So im working out the kinks in my new ride and one of them is my blinkers flash super fast when i turn on my right blinkers.... now normally that would indicate that one of the lights is blown(that's how it was in my last 06 charger) so I checked and noticed that sure enough one of my front lights was out (the thin vertical strip light on the corner) so i go buy new bulbs, pop one in and hit the blinker... same thing. I go outside to check and it still isnt lighting up which to my would indicate there is a short in that particular part of the wiring... Does taht sound about correct and where/what does that thing connect to? I've been looking for wiring diagrams and couldnt find any. It's a 99 Xj and any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks Randy

Have you checked the blinker fluid level?
