Default Front axle clicking

I have a 1999 cherokee classic w four wheel drive. So a few days ago I changed my front breaks and rotors and put on new lugs on all tires. My jeep was driving fine after that and breaking just fine. Today on my way home my front axle started making a loud clicking noise that seemed to increase with speed and decrease when I brake. I didn't notice any change when turning. Does anyone know what this might be? Idk if it's related to changing of the breaks or a completely different incident.

Usually the clicking is a U-joint, worse when turning hard in 4WD. When mine got really loose I'd hear "ticking" on the highway though.

Recheck the work you did to it to see if any parts are loose, broken, first then on to other things.

Thank you guys for the help. I went back to check my work and right away I noticed the lug nuts were loose on the side that had been making noise -_- so that could have ended bad. Anyway I still checked out everything an made sure to tighten all the tires and it's not making noise any more.
