front axle click in 4wd

In 4wd I get a clicking/ grinding noise in front end. I just replaced. Pinion. Bearings. And. Seal have had a issue with the pinion. Yoke moving. Still after replacement. Kinda worries. Me

It increases sound with speed n its coming. From the diifferential.

Yeah it sounds like one of your u joints. Jack it up, look at your u joints between your axle tube and knuckle on both sides while turning your wheel forward and back. I bet you'll see play in them. Only buy spicer u joint! Most others are junk and you'll end up with the same issue sooner than later!
