I was referencing to the FSJ Cherokee (SJ) lol. I know the good ol' XJ is unibody. Thats why rust on the frame rails sucks so much.

ha, yeah, somewhat... i guess.

does the op have a friend, sister, daughter... anyone with a cell phone to take a pic. hell, use paint and give us some sort of description using graphical imagery.

is it rust, rot, along the frame side, bottom, in the middle, front near the coils, rear near the leafs, at the shackles...

is there holes or just real scabby surface rust?

sounds like a good idea for a new thread: someone draws a common issue with their cherokee using only Paint and the person who guesses it draws the next one
