So i also have all this rust under my doors in a few places its starting to show thru to the outside. I know this is not uncommonbut is there anything i can do to slow it down a little? im going to be bedlining them so i might as well do the rust repair.

about all you can do is the same thing as you did on your rear quarters. Grind off the rust, fill any holes left behind and seal it back up with a good primer and paint.

So i still have to do the inside of the doors but i made some head way.
So I got the rust done and it all bedlined.
We had to weld a patch pannel on over the more serious hole then weld up the others including the mounting holes for the endcap bracket.
After some bondo work it was about ready for bedliner.
Heres the stuff i used its fiberglass but its actually really nice it was recommended to me by the auto body teacher.

-Stage 1 of bondo. It was my first time so i didnt do it too well and didnt mix it right.

-Stage 2 This went better got the mixure right

It was kinda cold so had to break out the garage heater to dry the bondo.

After getting the bondo all smooth and whatnot I taped off where i didnt want the bedliner then scuffed up the clearcoat with 50 grit sandpaper. After that was all done I used duplicolor's grease/dirt remover. Then i layed down 5 coats on each side. maybe over kill but since the jeep is white I didnt want it shining thru.

And now the finished product I think it looks great.
