So now I'm kinda getting more and more interested into Hellas from what everyone has said about them. So what's the difference besides a clearer lense from re hella 500 and the hella FF 500? And are these lights 6 inches?

The 500's lense scatters the light out in all directions where as the FF's (Free Forming) have a clear lense and put a single meam of light in the same place. I have the FF's and they are pretty bright for a 55 watt bulb. When I have my brights on and then put my Hellas on they are noticably brighter and shoots a beam farther then my high beams. If you want to get them a little brighter I have heard of people swapping out the 55watt bulbs for 100 watt bulbs but they had to get thicker wire like 12 guage. I think the stock wiring harness has 16 ga. And yes they are the 6 inch lights both 500 and 500ff's.

So I bought my jeep some hella 500FF's haven't hooked them up yet. And well when I was online I saw the black magic ones. Anyone ever ran these??? I'd think they wouldn't be very bright but they say they are. Any comments on the black magic 500 would be appriated. I may run them on my bumper if they are bright once summer comes around. When I have more money..
