Flywheel
I think I may have found my issue with no spark and wanted to run it by you folks.
Recently, I swapped the block out of our 87 Cherokee for a block out of a 96. I put the flywheel from the 96 in, but everything else is from the 87.
Are the flywheels different? Could that be casuing this problem?

You might be correct.. iirc the flywheel on an OBDII has the CPS pickups at a different depth. The CPS being basically a magnet i'm sure it's not picking up the signal correctly.
