Default Flowkooler 1747 (2013) Review with pics!

Hello my name is Jeff and I picked up a Flowkooler 1747 from http://www.quadratec.com/products/71212_100.htm and I also picked up a new heater hose tube. http://www.quadratec.com/products/51212_1000.htm The purchase of the Flowkooler is eligible for free shipping from Quadratec, not sure for how long the heater house tube also includes free shipping.

OK back to the review, after needing a new water pump mine is started rattling, stuck choice between all Napa, Auto, Advanced, and Orileys. After reading dozens of threads on how the top three water pumps are Napa (New), Hescos which is around 200$ after shipping and last Flowkooler 96$. That is also up for you to decide what brand water pump you want, I just followed what others have said on the Jeep forums.
Long story short after searching around in the depths of NAXJA.org they all said flowkooler fixed the problems with the riveted fin, no one put up pictures though but anyway they did fix it as you can see from my pics. Ok now onto the part which everyone will skip to the pictures.

First thing is this waterpump is a nice solid heavy feel, not sure if it counts for anything. The fins have a nice smooth paint gloss finish, to bad you will never see it.
For not being installed in the vehicle all I can say I am amazed by this product, also the waterpump comes with a really nice gasket.

I only have two complaints, first was the wait time. I guess that was also my fault for ordering it in summer took two weeks luckily I didn't need it right away, could see how that could be a problem from some. My second complaint is the package quality, although nothing was damaged not really a lot of padding in the box, not sure if Quadratecs fault or Flowkoolers. I will let the pictures do all the talking from here on and when I install it this weekend I will let everyone know.

More pictures, with caliper readings. The Blade is around 2.12 mm and the fins are around 3.10 mm. Not 100% accurate but pretty close and better then nothing.

I took my Jeep on a 2400 mile adventure and not one problem, this water pump as well as everything else held up no problems. The only thing I want to replace is the fan clutch, I really am thinking electric fan replacement. Other then that this water pump does really nicely paired with hescos high flow thermostat housing/Robert Shaw thermostat.
