The bolt holds the handle to the jack. Just make sure it's tight and you should have no problem dragging it around. Pretty sure the second length of handle bolts on too.

And again, I can almost guarantee that it doesn't weigh 70lbs... It's lighter than our old jack, and I don't think it even weighed 70lbs.

Why are people still quoting that? I edited it out days ago. I didn't realize they could just disintegrate like that. The point has been made so please quit beating a dead horse.
