Flexplate question
1991 Cherokee 4.0L AW4.
I am just trying to cover all my bases in diagnosing my jeep that has been having some TPS, ignition, and starting problems. I want to make sure I have the flexplate indexed in the right position for the crank position sensor to pick up the timing notches. I am almost positive that the flexplate can only bolt onto the crank in one position. Am I right on this?
Thanks in advance.

have you changed motors lately if so you use the flywheel that came with your xj on new motor. as fo the fly wheel it either lines up at every hole or only one way .Now i have seen people put them on backwards
