Default Which flexplate do I need??

Hey so I got a 96 Cherokee 4x4 with the automatic transmission. I'm looking to replace my flywheel because I suspect its cracked. When I look up online for flex plate replacement I see two sizes. 13.81" and 13.83". Which is the size I need?

My parts guide say the PN is 5211 8551 for the '96. Looking at Rockauto, the OD is 13.81".

'94-'95 is 5211 7761 which matches the 13.83" on Rockauto.

Compare the new one to the old one very carefully. There have been a lot of reports of poor quality aftermarket ones with the windows not in the right place.
