Are your seats power? The manual seats seam to move further back than the power seats. If they are already manual you can remove the seat and redrill the rails but it is kind of a pain. My suggestion would be to get a set (of rails )from a junkyard and experiment.

I'm 6'5" and until recently I weighed 350 lbs, and even then I did not have trouble in my 87 4 door. Now that I have lost 80 lbs, it's much better! Got tired of being a fat a$$, so I pulled my head out, and am in the process of getting it right!! Is there any difference in the leg room of a 2 vs. 4 door?? Thanks, I really don't know!! Later!!

I seem to fit ok in my 2000 4 door. Im 6' 7".
