Default first xj... track bar issue

I just put a 4.5in kit on my 91 laredo. It had a worn out 3in pro comp lift. The procomp lift had a track bar relocator bracket. The new lift did not come with a bracket it instructs you to drill a new hole 3/4in to right and reinstall the track bar. The bracket from the 3in kit moves the whole 3/4in right and drops it a little. So I left that bracket on there. Now if you look down the side is the jeep to me it seams the driver side tire sticks out further than the passenger. Am I imagining things or was I wrong in goin with the bracket and am I gonna mess my jeep up before i even get it dirty?....

you should look into an adjustable track bar. the relocation bracket does not move your track bar over enough to center your axle

Yes adj track bar should help. My buddy had the same issue when he got his lift put on his jeep. An adj track bar should center it up.

Go with Iron Rock Offroad's Double shear asjustable track bar. Solid not tube bar, super beefy frame bracket. Double shear both ends, strong as hell. Done.

I love mine. It stiffened up everything up front even steering response is better.

I just ordered the iron rock one as well. I've bought a few things from them and they've been quite awesome in customer service, availability and end product results. I'm no expert in Jeep crap, but I can't imagine this stuff not being up there with the upper end brands....for a reasonable price.

And i'm sure if you're doing something insane enough to bend that solid bar, then you'd probably bend the tube bar as well. I also have the IronRock tie rod. I've used that thing as a battering ram on rocks and it's straight as an arrow.....now with black paint touch up marks.
