Just thought about doing a full tune up. I have a 1993 with 140k on it. I have replaced the plugs and wires. The oil and filter have been done. What else should be done.

Take it and have the ignition system tested. Battery, alternator, starter, etc. as well.

cap and rotor, all filters (oil, fuel, tranny, air), fluid flush (oil, coolant, tranny, t-case, diffs), new cooling system hoses (upper/lower radiator, heater core hoses), pull off the throttle body and clean it. I know it's quite a bit, but it doesn't all have to be done at once. I'm almost done with this list - just gotta do the hoses.
