Default Finally doing my lift and have one more ???

my buddy and I are gonna be doing my lift this weekend and I still need shocks are there any shocks that are longer that will bolt up? Also I'm not really gonna be off roading my jeep just want the lift for the look, will the stock shocks be ok if all else fails? Also heard that stock commanche shocks will bolt right in, any truth?

How much lift are you doing? Can't recommend a shock without even basic info. But to your question, YES, MAYBE, YES.....

If you don't go over any bumps stockers will work for a while. Shocks from a JK would be perfect for that. Thers lots of sets available that people takeoff to do lifts. Quadratec has shocks for cheap. Although I don't like them Rancho or Procomp are ussually available at the local parts house.

So if I can just go purchase 4 new JK shocks and they will bolt right in? I won't have to do the BPE or anything.

I used skyjacker hydros. They ride pretty well and they were cheap. But jk shocks will fit. year doesnt matter

just got my shocks (skyjackker hydros) from summit racing 37.99$ ea part#H7025&H7028 gives up to 4in over stock.can also use H7016&H7018 for like 2-3in over stock same price.
